As soon as your order has shipped from Charming & Main, tracking information will be available directly through your Account page. Once USPS has possession of your package(s), you will need to communicate directly with your local post office with any tracking inquiries.
We cannot accept responsibility, nor reimburse, for lost/missing/misdelivered shipments.
Any item with the potential to melt in warm weather (including, but not limited to: candies, balms, makeup, wax-based products, etc.) can be shipped with an optional cold pack.
Since we are unable to control temperature once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot accept responsibility for heat damage unless Cold Pack Shipping is selected.

We are happy to accept your returned item(s) for store credit within 7 days of receipt, based on USPS tracking information.
