Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2 PM CT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM CT ship the next business day.

While we always do our best to ship quickly, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during holidays or major sales events.

Additional Shipping Information

• Our flat-rate shipping cost within the United States is $8.95. However, orders over $99 always qualify for free shipping. At this time, we do not currently ship internationally.

• If you need an item to be shipped quickly, please choose one of our expedited options at checkout.

• We respond to emails daily Monday through Friday. If you don't receive a response within 24 business hours, make sure to check your spam folder.

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Argyle, Texas.
