How do I redeem my points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the “View Rewards” section to redeem your points for rewards.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Are points earned from purchases placed with gift cards?
Points are only earned for every $1 spent, excluding coupons and gift cards.
How are points earned from leaving a review on the site?
Points are earned for reviews left from the verified purchase follow-up email.
If rewards are redeemed does it change or affect tier placement?
Tiers are determined by the number of dollars spent in a rolling year since the program launch date. Redeeming rewards does not affect tier placement.
Do points expire?
Points expire 1 year from your last purchase.
