Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! However sometimes the fit, feel, or color is not quite what you expected. If that's the case, we’re happy to offer a flexible return policy. Please start your return request here: RETURN REQUEST PORTAL

A return for a refund must be made within 14 days of receipt, based on carrier tracking information. A return for store credit or exchange must be made within 30 days.

Please read the following before you return your items:
In order to ensure a smooth return process, we ask that item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and be returned to us in the way they were sent to you: with all original tags attached. Please refrain from returning items that carry the scent of perfume, smoke, body odors, or show signs of pet hair or external debris. If any of these conditions are detected, we will return the item to you at your expense. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any future returns. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Awarded credits, coupons, and/or any other discounts will be forfeited upon return of item.

Please find below a list of items that are considered final sale:

  • Any item ending in $.99
  • Seasonal/holiday items
  • Wellness products
  • Mystery purchases
  • Hats/headwear
  • Jewelry
  • Skincare/makeup
  • Edible/consumable items
  • Undergarments
  • Any item purchased as part of a Free Gift with Purchase event

Additionally, there may be other items marked as final sale. We kindly ask for your understanding that returns, exchanges, or store credit cannot be honored for these items. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Original shipping is not refunded or credited back

We kindly request that you complete the Return Request Form before sending back your return(s). It is important to note that returns received without a completed form will not be accepted. RETURN REQUEST FORM can be found here.

Please adhere to our return guidelines to avoid any complications. Returns that do not meet our guidelines may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Once your item(s) are received, return processing will be initiated within 7 business days. You will be notified once your return has been processed and applied as requested.

If the tracking you received upon shipping your return shows that it was delivered more than 7 days ago, please let us know and we can look into that for you. Otherwise, we ask for your patience as we receive many packages each day.

Our Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: Our clothing sells out FAST so we can not always guarantee that we will have an exchange of the same item available. If we do not have it available we will send you a gift card so you may choose a different item.

Can I cancel an order?

Once an order is placed, we are charged processing fees. So generally speaking we are not able to cancel them. BUT in the event that you have a special circumstance, we can sometimes make an exception. Please reach out to our awesome customer service team on our contact us page HERE.

How much is my return shipping going to cost?

We highly recommend taking advantage of our $1.98 re:do exchange fee during checkout! If you selected this with your order then your return shipping is covered. It does NOT cover your shipping if you are opting for a refund.

If you did not choose re:do at checkout, it's okay you can still return your items, we'll calculate the label cost for you and allow you to enter your credit/debit card information to purchase the label and ship back your items. We are able to offer you special commercial shipping pricing so it is as affordable as possible for you!

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. Once it is processed we will send you a confirmation email. Then we will issue the refund which can take up to 3-5 days to show up in your bank account depending on your banks policies.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a $8.95 flat rate shipping fee with free shipping on orders $89+

How long does shipping take?

We strive to ship out your orders within 1-2 days! Please allow extra time if we have a big sale or event. After your item is shipped it typically takes 2-5 days in transit to reach our customers. We highly recommend adding Charming & Main Package Protection on your order (available in checkout) to protect your package against loss, theft or damage

Where does my order ship from?

Most of our orders ship from Argyle, Texas U.S.A. We also fulfill orders from Utah and California.

How do I track the status of my order?

Please start by checking your email or text messages for the order confirmation, as we send it to the contact method provided during checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder, as these confirmations sometimes end up there due to email filters.

If you've registered an account with us, tracking your order is a breeze. Simply log in and access your Order History, where you'll find all the information you need about your order's status and tracking details. How do I know my order is ready for pickup at the warehouse?

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive confirmation via your preferred communication method, either through email or a text message. You can pickup your order during our operating hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please note that we are currently unable to accommodate pickups outside of these designated hours.

Upon your arrival, please ring the doorbell and await assistance from our courteous staff members who will promptly bring your item to you. For insurance-related reasons, we regret that we cannot permit entry into the warehouse, and we kindly ask that you wait outside during the pickup process.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes, Charming & Main does have package protection available in checkout! It is our package protection and tracking software. that gives our customers a seamless delivery experience. For a low cost we will protect your package and reimburse you if it gets lost, stolen or damaged while in transit to you.

What is Package Protection?

We've all heard the stories of packages that never arrive, or show up mangled beyond recognition. Yikes! So we are offering a way for you to protect your Charming & Main package. For the low fee per order, we will insure your package if it's lost, stolen or damaged while in transit to you. Just add the coverage in our shopping cart while you are checking out, and you can rest easy about your package.

How much does it cover?

Charming & Main Package Protection covers packages up to $350.

Will everything in my package be covered?

Charming & Main covers all items it sells.

Package filing time frame?

Filing Time Frame
You have 60 days from the date of shipment to file your claim.

Lost Packages
Wait 15 days domestic U.S. and 21 days international before filing a claim for lost packages.

Damaged Shipments
If your package was damaged in transit, please file your claim immediately. Make sure to take photos of the packaging and items and do not dispose of the packaging.

My package is missing, how do I get reimbursed?

We are here to help! To start a claim for your missing package go to our shipping claim page and we'll assist you in filing your claim.

I accidentally purchased Charming & Main Package Protection at checkout, can you refund me?

No. Once you have purchased Charming & Main Package Protection there is no way to issue a refund; however, the good news is your package is covered! 

How long does it take to review my Package Protection claim?

Most claims are reviewed within 24-48 business hours by Charming & Main.

We take all the guesswork out of sizing! We have models in different shapes and sizes so after they have tried on an item, we give you our feedback on how it fits. You'll find the instructions in the description of every product to help you choose your perfect size!

If you would like to be notified by email if/when your size is back in stock, please go to the product page and click the "Add to Wishlist" button (found underneath the ADD TO CART)

Why did only part of my order ship?

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Argyle, Texas. However, we do have fulfillment centers in California and Utah that the remainder of your order will ship from. Separate tracking information will be sent once the remainder of order has been shipped.
