Shipping within the U.S. is a flat rate of $8.95 — but orders over $99 always ship free! We currently ship within the United States only.

Fast shipping, always. Most orders leave our Argyle, Texas warehouse within 24–48 business hours.

At Charming & Main, we believe you should love every outfit you own. If something isn’t quite right, return for store credit or exchange within 30 days—simple as that.

Store Credit:
Start shopping again instantly! Your credit is issued as soon as the carrier scans your return—no waiting for delivery or processing. When you choose store credit, you’ll also receive a 5% bonus. Your credit never expires and can be used on any in-stock item. If you added Return Protection to your order, we’ll cover the cost of your return shipping label.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

Exchange:
Sometimes you need a do-over! We’re happy to offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery. You can swap your item for a different size, style, or color, as long as it’s available.

To help us process your return quickly and smoothly, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, scents, pet hair, or debris
• Returned with all original tags still attached

Items that arrive with signs of wear or damage (including odors, deodorant marks, or pet hair) will be returned to you at your expense, and we may decline future return requests.

Awarded credits, coupons, and/or any other discounts will be forfeited upon return of item.

Returns must be delivered to Charming & Main within the time frames listed below, and you must complete the RETURN REQUEST FORM before mailing your items back to us:

re:do easy returns
With re:do, you can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return or exchange it. We've partnered with re:do to make returning products easier than ever before. You have the option to purchase this return insurance for a small fee during checkout.
Charming & Main Package Protection
We offer a wonderful feature for you to protect your packages and give you peace of mind! When you purchase Package Protection at checkout, if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can quickly receive a replacement or refund from Charming & Main.

Original shipping is not refunded or credited back.

We kindly request that you complete the Return Request Form before sending back your return(s). It is important to note that returns received without a completed form will not be accepted.

To help keep returns smooth and hassle free, please follow our return guidelines carefully. Items that don’t meet our return standards may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding—we want this process to be easy and fair for everyone.

Returns for store credit or exchange are processed as soon as the carrier scans your package - you can use it right away!

If your return tracking shows “delivered” and it’s been more than 10 business days without a confirmation, please email support@charmingandmain.com and we’ll be happy to check on it. Otherwise, we appreciate your patience—our team works hard to process every package with care and accuracy.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email support@charmingandmain.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description, and the order number within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Returns that fall outside our policy may be declined. In these cases, you're welcome to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. If we don’t hear from you within 14 days, we’ll donate the item to a local charity on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a smooth return process for all customers.
