How We Ship
• Shipping within the U.S. is a flat rate of $8.95 — but orders over $99 always ship free! We currently ship within the United States only.
• Fast shipping, always. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24–48 business hours. If there's ever a delay due to a sale or special event, you’ll see an update right at the top of our website.
• Have a question about your order? Email us at hello@charmingandmain.com. Be sure to include your order number so we can help you quickly!
• Customer service you can count on. We respond to emails Monday through Friday. If you haven’t heard from us within 24 business hours, don’t forget to check your spam folder.
• Most orders ship quickly from our main warehouse in Argyle, Texas, ensuring fast delivery straight to your doorstep.

Return Policies
We want you to love what you buy at Charming & Main. If it’s not quite right, no worries—send it back within 30 days for store credit, and we’ll add an extra 5% to your credit total as a little thank-you. Prefer to swap for a different size, style, or color? You’ve got 60 days for a one-time exchange on any eligible item. With fresh new arrivals landing every week, there’s always something new to fall in love with.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To help us process your return quickly and smoothly, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, scents, pet hair, or debris
• Returned with all original tags still attached
Items that arrive with signs of wear or damage (including odors, deodorant marks, or pet hair) will be returned to you at your expense, and we may decline future return requests.
Awarded credits, coupons, and/or any other discounts will be forfeited upon return of item.
Returns must be delivered to Charming & Main within the time frames listed below, and you must complete the RETURN REQUEST FORM before mailing your items back to us:

Additional Return Information
We kindly request that you complete the Return Request Form before sending back your return(s). It is important to note that returns received without a completed form will not be accepted.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, processing typically takes up to 7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation once your return has been completed and your credit or exchange is applied.
If your return tracking shows “delivered” and it’s been more than 7 business days without a confirmation, reach out and we’ll be happy to check on it. Otherwise, we appreciate your patience—our team works hard to process every package with care and accuracy.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email hello@charmingandmain.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description, and the order number within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Returns that fall outside our policy may be declined. In these cases, you're welcome to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. If we don’t hear from you within 14 days, we’ll donate the item to a local charity on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a smooth return process for all customers.
